She has 8 octave of voice, from G2-G10, wowowowowowow. Mariah Carey has 5 octaves. Lemmi tell you here uh, not everybody can do a whistle note, it depends on one's timbre, those who have darker timbres, can most possibly to a whistle note, like MC and GB. She's amazing, really. She's been whistling and exploring the whistle world since 1988, now, 2008, for about 20 years! Her voice hasn't been damaged, she still can do whistle note. Wow, i'm not sure if Mariah Carey still can though. Is not that i'm doubting her, but there's a limit to our vocal chords, you know.
